Premier parking
When we paid for Premier parking and grass seats to freely sit with friends and move around, we were directed to walk all the way around upon arrival and enter through the front gates. Our group, after walking all the way around, was informed at the gate that we couldn’t bring in our chairs as the grass section wasn’t being opened, and we would receive tickets instead. We had to walk back to our car to return the chairs and then walk back to the front entrance. It was frustrating that the individuals who directed us from Premier parking didn’t mention the chair restrictions or the closure of the grass area. They also stated that they wouldn’t be opening that side for us to exit, although they did eventually do so, leaving many unaware. It was an inconvenience and disappointing that we paid extra for convenience but didn’t receive it. Furthermore, why not have both sides open when the crowd is smaller? The long lines for food and drinks during a full show could easily be made more reasonable during quieter times.
